Pregnancy Category C. Mometasone furoate and tretinoin both are teratogens, which may cause embryo-fetal death, altered fetal growth, congenital malformations, and potential neurologic deficits caution should be exercised when it is administered to a nursing woman

Minor dermatological reactions seen are Erythema, Desquamation, Burning, Dryness, Pruritus, Acne, Paresthesia, Telangiectasia, Hyperesthesia, Pigmentary changes, Irritation, Papules, Acne-like rash, Rosacea, Dry mouth, Rash.
